Houman Einollahi was born on April 12, 1981 in Tehran. He graduated in Graphic Design from UAST university. He also is a graduate Advertising and Marketing. He has been working for many years as an advertising manager and has made many commercial and documentary films.

At present he is a producer and director of documentary and commercial films for various TV networks, factories, companies and organizations.

"The one who said No... the one who said Yes!"  is a documentary film directed by Houman Einollahi, which has gained successes both inside and outside Iran.

Since 2001 he is the owner and director of Sima Naghsh Advertising Agency. Some of the companies and organizations with which he has been co-operating with, include:
